Three great instructors, with one common mission: To create an online community for all women, but in particular, ageless, active women. A community where our members will feel supported, motivated, and empowered to achieve their fitness goals.

Louise Miller

HIIT / Bootcamp / Strength

Hi, I’m Louise. Exercise has long been my go-to for stress management, as I traveled around the country in a corporate executive position for many years. When I had the opportunity step out of the corporate world and focus on living a healthier lifestyle, I jumped into fitness with both feet (literally!) and began teaching group fitness classes. I quickly learned I can take my passion for helping others achieve their goals and apply it to helping people become healthy and fit, regardless of how crazy their lifestyle may be. 

 

I like to teach fun, high-energy classes that help you build strength and power, while also improving your cardiovascular health and fitness, mobility, stability and flexibility. My classes include Bootcamp, HIIT & FIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Strength, Power and Metabolic Conditioning. They are functional in nature, appropriate for all fitness levels and can be modified for high or low impact and intensity, so everyone can feel comfortable working at their own level and pace. 

 

Outside of teaching group fitness classes, I’m a certified personal trainer with specialties in cancer exercise, weight management and fitness nutrition. These certifications allow me to help guide people in both a group or private setting to work around any physical limitations they may have to get healthy and strong and feel great.

Suzanne Gokavi

Pilates / Barre / Sculpt

Hi!  I'm Suzanne. I have loved being active my whole life, especially as it has helped me balance my adult work life as a mental health professional, obesity medicine specialist and a certified health coach.  About 10 years ago I took the leap from gym member to personal trainer and fitness instructor.  Putting the mental and physical aspects of a healthy lifestyle together seemed like a natural fit as helping others is what I love to do.  

I have certifications in Barre Above, Mat Pilates, Active Aging and others. 

 

I enjoy teaching all kinds of exercise but these days I focus on low/no impact classes using the Barre, Pilates, Core training with strength and Balance.  I teach Barre, Bands and Balls, Barre Fusion and Strength and Core. All classes can be done at whatever level works best for you. We are all battling the occasional injury or medical situation and I can help you achieve success even with limitations you may have.  The goal is to be strong, mobile, and flexible with improved balance and greater energy!

Erin Zell

Sculpt & Tone / Yoga

Hi! I'm Erin and I have been a fitness instructor since the age of 18. From the moment I took my very first fitness class – I was hooked! I went on to become a certified group fitness instructor and started teaching classes while in college.  Throughout my adult life have maintained a connection to teaching group fitness throughout several careers and while raising two children. I have certifications from the National Exercise Trainers Association in group fitness and have specialties in Step, and PiYo - which is a combination of Pilates and Yoga. I received my 200 hr yoga teacher training at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in 2017 and became a Yoga Alliance registered yoga instructor.

 

With Virtual Fitness Tribe – I teach Sculpt and Tone - a combination of mat Pilates and sculpting. I also lead Yoga on Thursday mornings which is a class suitable for all levels. Our focus is on mindful movement, incorporating moves to strengthen, and improve both flexibility and balance. As a fitness instructor, I’m always striving to create a positive, upbeat, and enjoyable environment where students feel challenged but most of all, empowered to workout and stay healthy.

Outside of teaching fitness I am a business owner, wife, and mom to two kids and two fur babies. I have a passion for cooking healthy plant-based meals and inspiring others through my actions to live their best and healthiest life.
